Thunderbird Property Inspection is a locally owned and
operated division of Sunzup, LLC. I'm Carl Johnson, the
President and Chief Inspector. I am a 22+ year resident of
the Prescott area. My background is in remodeling,
construction, handyman services and customer service. I
have been formally trained by the Sonoran Desert Institute
and by a certified inspector. I am certified by the Arizona
State board of Technical Registration. My certification
number is 41116. I am a certified HUD fee inspector - H538.
