I am definitely not the lowest cost Home Inspector out there, nor am I the
most expensive. If you are trying to hire a home inspector based on price
alone, you are making a mistake. Saving a few dollars on your inspection
and going with the lowest price inspector will likely get you a poorly
qualified or new inspector just starting out in the industry.

My inspection rates are very fair, and I believe they are the best value

inspectors, and that there is a large range in expertise and knowledge in

inspections I get are through referrals, and I intend to keep it that way.
